4. Capital Risk & Financial Loss Acknowledgement
Trading in financial instruments, digital assets, leveraged contracts, and foreign exchange carries a high degree of inherent risk, including the rapid and complete loss of deposited capital. By utilizing our tools, you expressly acknowledge that:
- Past algorithmic performance, historical backtesting, and automated simulations are not reliable indicators of future performance;
- Cryptocurrency and currency markets exhibit extreme price volatility, liquidity fluctuations, and systemic counterparty risks beyond our operational control;
- Technical disruptions, network latency, distributed ledger congestion, or exchange API failures may impair data accuracy or automated execution speed;
- You are solely responsible for assessing whether your financial resources and risk appetite are appropriate for active market exposure.
5. Acceptable Use Policy & Restrictions
When accessing or using the Platform, you agree not to engage in any prohibited activity, including but not limited to:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or extracting the underlying algorithms, source code, or mathematical weights of the Platform;
- Deploying automated scraping, crawling, extraction spiders, or denial-of-service vectors against our infrastructure;

- Reselling, sublicensing, leasing, or redistributing data streams or signals to third parties without prior written consent from Mintforge Capital.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including proprietary trading algorithms, interface designs, trade secrets, trademarks, visual marks, graphics, and software code, belong exclusively to Mintforge Capital or its licensors. Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to access and view the Platform for your personal or internal business use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law of the United Kingdom, Mintforge Capital, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and technical partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost profits, loss of data, loss of trading funds, or commercial disruption arising from your reliance on the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the total fees paid by you to Mintforge Capital during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred British Pounds (£100 GBP), whichever is greater.
8. Amendments & Termination
We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When modifications are made, we will update the “Last updated” timestamp at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access without prior notice if we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, illegal activities, or regulatory mandate.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising under these Terms.
